Park Rules and Regulations

1. General Liability – T-Ville RV Park, its owners, and staff are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property due to fire, theft, weather, acts of nature, accidents, or the actions of others, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Guests assume full responsibility for their personal property and safety while on the premises.
2. Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in is at 11 AM, and check-out is at 2 PM. For early arrival or late departure, please check with management.
3. Quiet Hours – 10 PM to 7 AM. Failure to adhere may result in warnings or removal.
4. Speed Limit – 10 mph. Please drive carefully and watch for pedestrians and children.
5. Site Use & Maintenance –
   1. RVs must remain within their designated site.
   2. Sites must be kept clean, neat, and free of debris or trash.
   3. Outdoor items, including furniture and grills, must be orderly and not create hazards.
   4.  No open storage under RVs.
   5. Guests must remove items from grass areas after use to allow for mowing.
6. Utilities –
   1. Proper connection of water, sewer, and electrical service is required.
   2. Only RV-safe chemicals may be used in tanks.
   3. Leaking or improper sewer connections are prohibited. Improper dumping into the sewer may result in a warning or removal from the park.
   4. Overloading the electrical system is not allowed (e.g., no charging vehicles).
   5. Generators are not permitted.
7. Vehicles & Parking –
   1. Maximum of two (2) vehicles per site in addition to the RV.
   2. All vehicles must be parked within the designated site.
   3. Parking on roads or grass is prohibited.
   4. Vehicle or RV repairs and/or washing are not allowed in the park.
8. Pets –
   1. Maximum of three (3) pets per site.
   2. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of the RV.
   3. Owners must clean up after pets immediately.
   4. Aggressive or disruptive animals are not permitted.
   5. Pet enclosures require prior approval and must be maintained.
9. Conduct –
   1. Guests must respect others’ privacy and property.
   2. Entering another site without permission is prohibited.
   3. Disorderly, disruptive, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
   4. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in removal and possible law enforcement involvement.
10. Alcohol & Smoking –
    1. Alcohol consumption is permitted only at your designated site.
    2. Smoking is permitted only at your site.
    3. No glass containers (cups, mugs, etc.) are allowed outside of RVs.
11. Fire Safety –
    1. Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits or rings.
    2. Fires must never be left unattended and must always have an adult present.
    3. No fires during burn bans or on windy days or nights.
    4. Fireworks are prohibited.
12. Waste Disposal –
    1. Trash must be placed in designated dumpsters.
    2. Household trash only; no furniture or large items.
    3. Do not leave trash outside of your RV.
13. Facilities –
    1. Laundry, restroom, and shower facilities are available 24/7.
    2. Please keep all facilities clean after use.
    3. No pets or smoking in facilities.
    4. Children must be supervised at all times.
    5. Washers must not be overloaded, as they are high-efficiency units. No mud, heavy debris, or pet bedding in washers or dryers.
14. Children & Minors – Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to play near or tamper with utility connections or equipment.
15. Guests & Visitors –
    1. Overnight guests must register with management and may be subject to additional fees.
    2. Subletting or renting your site is not permitted.
16. RV Standards –
    1. RVs must be in good condition and fully operational.
    2. Units with visible damage, leaks, or unsafe conditions are not permitted.
    3. RVs older than 10 years require management approval (photos may be requested).
17. Additional Structures –
    1. Storage sheds and external appliances require prior approval.
    2. Excessive decorations are not permitted.
18. Inspections – Management reserves the right to periodically inspect sites to ensure compliance with park rules.
19. Wi-Fi – Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Excessive usage may be restricted to ensure fair access for all guests.
20. Safety & Emergencies –
    1. Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with emergency procedures and nearby shelter locations.
    2. Emergency contact information must be provided at check-in.
21. Prohibited Items –
    1. Fireworks and explosives
    2. Hazardous materials
    3. BB guns, pellet guns, or slingshots
    4. Any items or activities that pose a safety risk
22. Other Modes of Transportation – Golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, bicycles (manual, electric, or motorized), etc., must remain on gravel and fit within your site. Please stay off the grass.
23. Residency – T-Ville RV Park is a temporary lodging facility. Guests may not establish permanent residency at the park.
24. Payments –
    1. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
    2. A $50 late fee will be applied after the 5th day of the month.
    3. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or shutoff of utilities to the site.
    4. No refunds for early departure.
25. Rates –
    1. Nightly – $50
    2. Weekly – $200
    3. Monthly – $550 + electric usage over $100
    4. Annual – Contact management
26. Violations & Enforcement –
    1. Verbal or written warning
    2. Fines
    3. Immediate removal from the property without refund (for serious violations)
27. Damages – Guests and/or their visitors are responsible for any damage caused to park property and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
